"Was setting up at Hilton Head National RV Resort. I had the engine running and was beginning to deploy the leveling jacks. As they started to lift the coach everything shut down. Engine, levelers and dash completely dead! I had power to the rest of the coach so we weren’t too upset. Called RV 1 and left a message. Thomas called me that evening and said he would be there at 0800 next morning. I met Thomas at the gate at 0800 and guided him to our site. Thomas asked what happened, listened to my story and went right to work. Quickly he found the problem, a broken battery post connection. It seems upon installation the connection rubbed the headlight housing until it finally broke. Thomas went to pick up the correct connection and fixed the problem quickly. I appreciate a professional that listens and then tracks down the problem. Thank you RV 1 for quickly repairing our problem so we could continue to Enjoy our trip! We highly recommend RV1!"
