"The pharmacist Marlena was very rude and disrespectful when I called on the phone. I asked to cancel a prescription and she “put me on hold” and spoke bad about me under her breathe (I guess she forgot to put me on hold). When she got back on the phone she had an insane attitude with me that I did not appreciate at all. Maybe she was having a bad day but that does not excuse the way she spoke to me and treated me on the phone. Absolutely disrespectful, I cannot believe this happened."
