They've helped with sourcing specific generics and calling before filling anything that seems out of the ordinary. Really appreciate all they do and they make life that much easier."
"Told me I needed a prior authorization to pick up a medication. I waited 2 hours and ended up having a PACU nurse call to figure out what was going on. She too was peprplexed by the explanation until the women at the pharmacy gave her an attitude and explained that I didn't need a prior authorization if I just payed $9. I went back to the pharmacy who tried to explain that this was common sense, even though both a PA and PACU nurse couldn't make sense of it. I enjoy supporting local business, but I'm not an idiot and work in the medical field. If I didn't understand it, another nurse and a PA didn't undrestand it, then you didn't explain it. Do better and don't rely on people to reading minds."
