"Chef Ron did a great job catering our wedding. I was in a panic trying to figure out a new caterer when my previous one completely bailed a month before our wedding, leaving us with no options of how to feed our guests. Most of the other caterers I reached out to quoted me ridiculously high prices for a wedding pig roast because it was so last minute. Ron worked with me to pick menu options that fit our budget and my original vision for my wedding food. He was patient and responsive and an absolute joy to work with. The food was spectacular on the day of my wedding. The presentation of the pig with an apple in its mouth and surrounded by kale leaves is exactly what I wanted. We also got Jerk Chicken as a non pork option for guests and my Caribbean family raved about it and begged me for the recipe thinking my family must have made it for it to be that good. And don't even get me started on that bruleed cornbread. It was such a hit that I didn't even get to try a bite of it at the end of the night. I think people may have loved it even more than my wedding cake. Working with flying pig roast was a great experience. I can't wait to have them cater my anniversary dinner next year!"

"Ron and Lynn catered our wedding at Green Lake State Park. The food was absolute incredible. When I initially booked with them, I was a little nervous because they weren't doing tastings at the time and we did not live in the area and have any prior knowledge or their service quality, other than online reviews. However, the pulled pork was probably the most flavorful that I have ever had. The cornbread was incredible unique and tasty too! They were kind enough to alter their mac and cheese recipe so that it included my favorite cheeses and it tasted wonderful. Ron and Lynn are clearly very experienced and their staff is friendly and professional."
