"Outstanding park. Clean. And easy to get to. Got to see a huge alligator. And use the walk trail that goes all the way around the lake.. the have bathrooms centerly located and there is even an AED there! A lot of parking."
"Beautiful area for peace and quiet. Fishing allowed but catch and release. Saw several fish jumping....probably running from the gators. Plenty of wildlife for children to look at."
"Best place to view an alligator. Usually, there are 2-5 gators here. Lots or birds too, water birds and others."
"Unbelievable park, fantastic less than a mile hike. Wilderness galore. Giant painted turtles, numerous alligators, squirrels, hawks, prehistoric anhinga, ibis, jumping fish, majestic live oak. Saw an alligator chase down and steal 2lb bass off a fisherman's hook. Excersise equipment. Fantastic walk you won't regret the visit."
"Favorite park to go to in all my years living in Bluffton. Always something to see. Love the walking trail around the pond and their exercise area. Lovely place to sit and relax and spend time with family. You can fish there as well. Careful with the alligators, they won't bother them as long as you don't bother them."
