"Being a community pharmacy I don’t think the management of this place cares about the community. I think it’s wrong to sell your community the cheapest drugs you can get from your wholesalers. As a former pharmacy tech I can assure you this guys can do better. My family member needed some antibiotics. I was shocked to see they dispensed her “made in China” medication. These drugs are cheap made by a various and more reputable manufacturers. And readily available from your Kinray or Cardinal wholesaler. By you stick to the cheapest unknown manufacturer just to get a little more profit. Shame. Response Since I can only edit my post, I will respond to the owner here. Yes you are right there are a lot of generics from China on the market. And “businessmen“ like you certainly taking advantage of this situation, instead of trying to get your customers best available product from other brands and manufacturers. There are still plenty of generics made in Europe, US or even India (which makes much better and still “cheap” generics). I’m not asking you to support a Teva brand, which would be nice given the circumstance and your ties to your community, but I afraid you not gonna do it due to financial reasons. Keep supporting China."

"What horrible service. So I was just recently put on Adderall and had no idea that there has been a shortage. I am up for a refill and I find out my pharmacy is out of stock. Not only my pharmacy is out but just about every single pharmacy I have called. As a last ditch effort, I called this pharmacy And immediately was treated as if I was a criminal and threatened that if I called again, the the DA will be called on me. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 10 years I know many of the store owners along that strip my wife before we start having children worked for two DAs offices, Queens and Manhattan DA. So ma’am, whoever you are owner manager, or just a simple employee, you should consider who you’re talking to before you go on a rant and hang up on a potential client. If possible, I will give you -10 stars you don’t treat somebody like that. I understand there’s a shortage, and I imagine that people are abusing it, but they are people who legitimately need this for medical reasons."
