"Service has changed a lot during the last years, they do not keep your information reserve at the pharmacy department, Walter who works in that area changed a lot, he is not the same caring human he used to be, totally unprofessional behavior , sad this place turned this way, also BE AWARE that your medicine can not be filled out and given to you till they process it and bring it from the other pharmacy Austin Care pharmacy located in Forest Hills, till then you have to wait hours or days to be able to get your medicine, I do feel that is a SCAM and totally unacceptable, waiting the insurance will do something about it."
"I had a terrible, disrespectful experience at this place. One of the employees was very nasty and disrespectful to me and the manager was way too nice to address the issue properly. I would love to speak to the business owner because I was left very distressed by this experience. The employees hover over you while you shop.it's terrible and uncomfortable.They check your temperature and make you use hand sanitizer at the entrance, just to have someone always behind you, no 6ft distancing. What a shame Rite Aid and Walgreens provide much better service."
