"This is the worlds most rude pharmacy. Either their system doesn’t work and they insist they don’t have your insurance card on file, it takes 20 minutes at least to process simple requests, you wait for 10+ minutes for someone to come and help you (when not on break), call to ask a simple question and are given attitude… I keep giving this location another go and every time I go to the pharmacy specifically I leave annoyed. The last time I was in there a woman made an appointment for a covid test so she could get on a plane, and the pharmacist was super rude and insistent, wouldn’t help her, made about 5 other people including myself wait for 25 minutes just for this lady to walk away. She wasn’t provided an alternative, and I stepped out of line to help her find a different pharmacy where she could get a test even though she missed her nonrefundable flight because of these people. A separate day, called to simply ask what time the pharmacist goes on break so that I don’t waste my time and nobody is there, the lady says “I don’t know what to tell you or how to say it otherwise your prescription is ready so you can come anytime 9-9” and was super rude. So I asked why the website says they have a break from 1:30-2p then, if I come at 1:45 will I be able to pick it up.. and she said if your prescription wasn’t ready then you can’t get it but it’s ready. I’m not dealing with these idiots anymore. They’re so rude for literally no reason. (The location in my hometown in CT literally could not be any more lovely - it’s just this location that sucks). Don’t waste your limited time and energy. BLEH."
