"Your policy states refunds are granted with or without a receipt. I trashed my receipt upon arrival at home. As a manager myself at a retail store, I understand your right to decline a refund. I spent $100.00 in your establishment and was unhappy with the product I bought. The employee at this location on 4/23/2023 didn't even give me the space to show a bank statement or anything and stated, "You know we don't do no refunds at family dollar." Very unprofessional. The store is a mess and a fall hazard! My return items were only valued at $12.00. I would've appreciated some type of accommodation. Your paying customers are the ones who are putting food on the table and paying the bills. It seems as if employees have forgotten that. Retrain these employees and clean up the mess!"

"This store must be short staffed or behind in their stocking products. Almost every isle of this store had a dollie full of boxes filled of items that needed to be stocked on shelves! I had to squeeze thru one section of boxes to get a bottle of Clorox; which was hidden by boxes!"

"I visited this establishment and did NOT have a pleasant experience. While waiting on line I was asked by another patron if they could put their stuff down since they were holding it in their hands... No problem. Right? Wrong. So the cashier started scanning this lady's items. So I said in a nice, respectful manner to the cashier that I was next, not her. Well I was ignored as if I was a ghost standing there. I finally put my item down & walked out! Hopefully, this could be a customer service training opportunity for the cashiers there."
