"Disappointing experience. Brought my son in looking for a new set for him and found a used set we liked, but for some reason we couldnt get a bay to try them out. 3-4 hitting bays were empty. The gentlemen at the customer service desk was also in the middle of regripping clubs and said if we wait he could get us in one in 10 minutes but then got wrapped up in a customer. Waited for a while more then starting checking the bays on our own for a loose ball and found one so we were able to hit them one ball at a time. Been my experience the past few times in this store. Theres 1 employee working the gripping station, one cashier and I couldnt tell you what everyone else is doing. Theres never someone on the floor. This place has become another self-service store. The 2 stars was because they have decent selection of used clubs but they cant be bothered with you trying them out so whats the point."

"John K. was awesome to work with and really went the extra mile to ensure I got clubs that were good for me. I had many questions as a beginner/high handicapper, and he walked me through some of the more technical aspects of what to look for as far as types of iron shafts, playability, and forgiveness. He is clearly very knowledgeable about golf and takes pride in working at the PGA tour superstore. I’ve been to other locations where you can tell the employee doesn’t know much about the technical side. I’d hope to see him running the sims when I come back for lessons!"

"bad customer service. the fitting technicians were not helpful. Matthew was unresponsive and rushed. As our group was trying out clubs, he told us we needed to leave due to another person coming to use the simulator and spoke into his radio to “send him this way” while EVERY other simulator of the 6-7 simulators there were EMPTY. He was nowhere to be seen. We stayed in the store to get another fitting from someone else and needed to wait 30 mins. During that time no one came to the simulator we were previously using. For someone spending money on $600+ clubs, you would think PGA management would teach their employees to actually be pleasant to want to sell to you."

"I visited this store for a Tour Van Iron fitting. Upon entering, a person from the front desk greeted me, tagged my club, and encouraged me to explore the store while awaiting my fitting. The store offers an extensive selection and has everything one might need. During my fitting with Hiroshi Okada, I was thoroughly impressed. He dedicated time to discuss every aspect of the fitting, from the grip and shaft length to ball speed, smash factor, and attack angle. Hiroshi ensured I comprehended the significance of each factor and how they influence the overall experience. I never felt rushed and walked away from the fitting with a much better understanding of the game. I highly recommend scheduling a fitting with him."

"Went in today around 12:30-1. Walk around a bit then went to front desk to ask about trying a set of clubs. Received a buzzer and told to wait. An hour goes by and the buzzer didn’t go off. We left the store the employees saw us drop off the buzzer at the front desk and didn’t seem phased. I just want to get a set of clubs."
