"Carriers, do not book loads with Kerry Stumpf and Brendan McCallum, you'll get stuck with the load for days. We had same day delivery (Thursday), driver arrived before "appointment" just to be told that broker never made one. It's been 12 hours since then, broker didn't do absolutely anything to help us out. They will even try to make you look like an idiot telling you to check back in again next morning ("they just spoke to receiver") when they know that receiver is closed. So we got stuck with the reefer load for at least 4 days because receiver is closed Fri-Sun. Apparently they got us scheduled for Sunday night . We asked to send us revised rate conf. with appointment and layover. They didn't send it yet."

"They have horrible service. Since you're not dealing with the same broker agent for each delivery, things get confused on their end. Each call protocol is different and they ask for none of the same details on your load. Plus they outsource their broker agents so the thick accents are hard to understand. Which makes for unclear communication."
