"Purchased a new Bettinardi putter with cover.In 5 months velcro did not hold cover on putter. Asked for help from Club Champion,they were NOT helpful in resolving my issue in getting a new cover, or replacement. After two sets of clubs and spending thousands of dollars,I was most disappointed. They have lost a customer."

"I went into the fitting with low expectations but I was blown away within 15 minutes of the fitting. I was fitted by Michael O’Rourke and he was very knowledgeable and patient during the fitting. "I enjoyed the process and thought my club fitter Mike was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things. My only issue was the large price discrepancy between ordering the set direct from the manufacturer versus ordering through club champion. I wanted my shafts pured which I understand costs more money and I would be happy to spend the extra $$, but even factoring in the $225 for the puring, the set still costs over $500 additional than just buying the same spec set direct from the manufacturer. I would definitely get fitted again for future clubs, but may have to buy them elsewhere."
