"Upon arrival my radio was not playing audio. I payed for them to diagnose the issue and they told me my radio did not work. I payed $640 for this installation for a new radio. Two days later the same issue and error code was displayed on the radio. They fixed it and still claimed the previous radio did not work. Took my car to another shop and the OEM radio that came with my car worked just fine. It was a bad speaker wire to a speaker on my rear deck. Do not go to them if you want your actual issue fixed with your sound system. They provided an expensive bandaid for an issue that they fixed the second time my car came in. I do not live in Statesboro for them to get their radio and sorry installations back."

"Had my sound system setup a few months ago at Southern Sound. A month ago it stopped playing completely was advised by a rep there to bring in my car for repair. Drove an hour away and left my car there the entire business day and no one looked at my car to resolve my issue."

"When others tried to charge $200 because they had no idea what was wrong with my audio system, I came here. They knew exactly what was wrong and charged 1/10 of the price. Definitely will only be using them for all my audio needs from now on."
