"This drug store is very good for me. They make my medication and deliver them. Plus they take the time to go over the medication on the phone. Such as what to expect etc. I can always call with questions if any should come up. This drugstore gets an A+ delivery because i don not live too close. The customer service is always very good. "Always willing to work with you depending on the brands you prefer that they carry. Always fast service. I've never waited more then 10 min to pick up my medication. Owner is very friendly and a hard worker. Always willing to take the time to talk to you if you have any questions. I highly recommend New Grace Pharmacy. 5 Stars in my book... "If I was in my options I would give them minus 1 star. customer service is disastrous. the only thing they are interested in is collecting money. What makes this pharmacy service even more terrible is that they cheat people with a home service that never comes and they argue with the client that they have complied without any shame. I have a 4-year-old girl who suffers from eczema where on 2 occasions they did the same thing charging me for the medicine and claiming to have photos of the address where it was delivered . the funny thing is that I have cameras in my house where it shows that the delivery never came. On another occasion, my dermatologist prescribed me a medication that the medical insurance did not cover and was very expensive, in this pharmacy they did not even worry about giving me a generic that could be free. The dermatologist had to call them to change the prescription. At CVS they take all this into consideration because health comes first for them. I do not recommend at all new grace pharmacy. Do not be fooled for the comfort of your medication to be delivered your health and pocket it’s a big risk"

"Best Pharmacy by far! Very Fast Service, and the Pharmacist is always doing whatever he can to help. Home delivery service is amazing and very convenient. Unlike a lot of other pharmacies, New Grace always has the meds needed in stock. Overall Great service and I highly recommend!!"
