"I went to this pharmacy for a DMV eye test in July of 2023 - I just received a letter in the mail from DMV stating that my eye test was never submitted and my license will soon be suspended. I called the pharmacy regarding this issue and was told to call back later and was given a wrong # to call back by Ahmed. I called the pharmacy directly and was told there is nothing they can do to rectify this situation, and suggested that it is my fault as to why it was never submitted. Ahmed hung up the phone on me when I started asking for a resolution. I paid cash and was not given a receipt when I paid, as it is expected of this pharmacy to submit my DMV eye test once completed. Extremely unprofessional and lousy customer service here - would never recommend coming here to anyone."

"Well you just lost a VERY LOYAL customer!!! VERY discriminatory!!! Imagine having a big sign that that they do Covid testing and I went in there to do a rapid covid test. They asked me if I feel sick, not realizing that trick question, they claim they only do for work and travel. I said I have a mild cough. I just wanted to do the rapid test as a precaution and they absolutely turned me away and told me to go next door. (mind you I volunteered that information). If I felt like I needed to go to the urgent care CLEARLY as an adult I could decipher that! WHY don't you put a BIG sign and stop that say, only administering tests for WORK & TRAVEL wasting people's time! How discriminatory!! I went there twice yesterday, I called twice, at no point did anyone say that they do this only for work or travel! If you are offering a service be transparent! Oh the excuse I was given was that they dont want to get the person doing the testing sick.......SIRS you sound absolutely ignorant because then she is in the wrong field. Its sick people coming into a pharmacy all day long to pick up medication NOT WELL PEOPLE FYI SIRS!"

"Always fast, friendly service with rarely a wait. Free parking on property. I left CVS and it's awful service and long lines, came here and will not be going back to another chain. It's more satisfying to use independent, locally-owned businesses."

They are concerned with their clients understanding of the medications they are taking and easily counsel them when needed. This is the best pharmacy in Mount Vernon; worth maintaining my scripts although I’ve moved to another near by town."
