HeliNY - Linden Airport

"Flight was ok and service overall was below what I expected. No explanation of how seating worked prior to being put on helicopter, so I ended up sitting away from the other member of my group on my own which ruined the experience somewhat. Also staff were not friendly. Felt like we were on a conveyor belt of people being taken to the helicopter ride and the priority was just getting us on and off for the next load of people. Considering this was one of the more expensive helicopter rides in New York I expected better."

"Flight was amazing and the view in the night is breathtaking. But what I really need to admire is the organisation and the customer service. All the staff is super helpful ( even though I had train delays ) they managed to put me into schedule. Pilot was explaining everything during the flight. If I could put 10 stars I would definitely do it. HIGHLY recommend to fly with HeliNY. It’s been a pleasure ! Thank you."
