"Worst company ever. Such a scam. Do not book with them!!!"

"Before you decide to call this company’s number, it’s is a COMPLETE scam. After finally confirming my party bus rental about a month and a half before my sisters wedding and leaving a deposit in order to see the party bus in person, the staff who work there started lying to me stating they would give me a call back to arrange a date to see the party bus in person. I’ve been waiting days for a response and never got one which led me to calling them 3-4 times a day which went straight to voicemail. I had to go to the address on file and ended up at someone apartment that ensured they will contact the company and make sure the matter is settled. After few days which is now two weekends away from my sisters wedding they finally called me and stated the party bus is in the shop and they will give me a refund of my deposit. This was so unprofessional of them and now I have no other options as they gave me no other options They made up numerous excuses on the phone and said that in the area I am living in, party buses are something difficult to have pass to be driven. This is all things that we’re not brought to my attention before booking. They then tried to bribe me of a discount so I don’t leave this review. I dealt with a guy name Walter, Nick and Moise. All who were not helpful at all and caused this conflict. I don’t believe this company is even real as they do not have a physical address and not any solutions to this problem. Nor have they ever followed up with me weeks before knowing the party bus was in the shop so I can start looking up another company. Do not think even once to do business with this company !!!"

"We at Mother Daughter Transportation worked with this company (Falcon Tour Travel Group) this past Saturday Jan 11 2020 for a wedding which Transportation for 14-16 guests with a stretch limo was required & setup in less then 2 weeks. I worked with Nick they're dispatch & reservation specialist on all the details, pricing & made sure the chauffeur Ryan was aware of all requirements to make the brides day EXTRA special. I even spoke to Mohommad the owner about any concerns which was definitely a PLUS in my book. The communication was consistent, very friendly & professional & they did an AMAZING job with honestly everything. This will be my 1ST choice when arranging special Transportation for these kind of events for our clients. Thank you very much for ALL your help and we will be doing much more business. God Bless.
