"Location is great but would never rent through Vacasa again. Service was terrible - arrived 4 and 1/2 hours after check in only to unpack to a house that had not been cleaned! We booked based on everything their website stated they did to protect with Covid...not this management company. After 45 mins on hold to only be told the property manager would call me back - 40 mins later - at this point we are at 11pm and they solution is go to a hotel which they did not even pay the full amount for and come back the next day. They said we will refund the first night - I could not even state there so of course you are but terrible service!"
