The shop is a one-man operation, and the owner is one of the nicest guys. I asked about acquiring a Scott Foil, but he couldn't find one, actually no one on the East Coast has any. I was able to get a Foil from a different shop and had it shipped to me and I brought it into Crank Cycles, the owner was genuinely stoked for me and chatted with me about his own Scott Addict and the differences between the two bikes. Unfortunately, on my first ride I busted a tube and I needed it replaced. I went to the shop right before it opened (11:00am) and the owner kindly took my bike and replaced the tube quickly even with a sprain wrist. Pricing was 100% fair and again the owner is super nice and cool. I ordered a powered crank, and I am without a doubt bringing it to Crank Cycles to have him do the work."
