"They truly went above and beyond! After putting gas in my car the check engine light came on and it wouldn't start. When it finally did start I contacted numerous shops to have it looked at. All of them advised they couldn't get to it for a week. I don't drive a Chevy but decided to go Milton Ruben to see if they could fix it. I was filling my tank to go out of town when this all happened. Although they were just as busy as every other shop, they took the car for repair and provided a rental. On top of having my car repair completed sooner than expected everyone I interacted with was kind and professional. More importantly, I haven't had one issue with my car since they repaired it. "This place is a joke. The only thing they can do is sell you a new car, not fix any issues related to their own vehicles. They can't even answer the phone, waited on hold over an hour to be hung up on repeatedly."
