"Just purchased a CX 50 from Ethan, and in my years of buying cars this was by far the most painless and easy experience I've had, the whole process was just under an hour the car looked great from detail and the finance department was great as well! "In March I did a”Build and Price” on Mazda’s website which produced numerous calls and e-mails from the dealership. Website showed the color combo to be in stock. Visited and was told it had just been sold and that the dealer could not order another. Salesperson kept trying to sell something I didn’t want and said they couldn’t get one from another dealer. Wrote and hand delivered a complaint which has never been answered. Then on May 1 wrote the same complaint to the President of Mazda USA. This has never been answered. I recommend avoiding this dealership. Go to a dealer that is ready to satisfy your needs."
"Denny and the managers working the night I came in to purchase were awesome! They closed at 7 but we were there till 9 and the service did not drop. Denny let me come back a few days later to have the car detailed and filled with gas, he is so delightful to work with and probably the best service I’ve ever had in car buying!"
