"Dropped my car off for a diagnostic. After 6 weeks and calling them constantly, dealing with a rude receptionist and lying tech's, my car was never serviced and I had to pay to get it towed to another dealership. Do not take your car here or buy a car from them. They refuse to fix your car to get you to purchase a new one. The most horrible service I've ever experienced in Augusta!"

"Bought a 2022 Chevrolet Custom. Worst vehicle I have ever purchased and Malcom & Cunningham don’t make it any better. At 20k miles this truck is leaking antifreeze, fans are coming on on random the truck honks at you on random, every time I go to get an oil change I leave missing a lug nut. Really this place is a joke! No professionalism!!! We have asked for a loaner to put the truck in shop but they don’t have any and there is nothing wrong with this truck. Obviously there is and the dealership too! Would not recommend purchasing a truck from here!!"

"These guys did a wonderful job on my car. I have a 2013 malibu and code po7bf came up on my scanner. Replaced input transmission speed sensor, issue was still there and then they replaced my tcm and programmed it. Also replaced an outgoing suspension recall free of charge. My car drives perfect, no check engine light, and a 2 year warranty. I believe the mechanic was steven and the higher up i was contact with was Don. Both great guys and knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all service for any vehicle. Most affordable price I got in all of augusta."

"I initially went in for an oil change. , arriving at 12:05 pm. Brittany a serving rep greeted me and took my info. She said that I need a rear end alignment . I asked her the price and agreed to have it done. Ok its now 245 pm and nothing. I go out to find my service rep hone, lights off gone for the day. A gentleman agreed to help see what going on. The oil had been changed and car was sitting and wait for alignment, I was told it maybe another 2 hours or longer. No sir bring me my car. He had no idea which one was mine. Never again. First and last time. No communication and the mechanic hadn't had lunch."
