"Took my Armada in to get a starter installed lady quoted one price then called back saying she miss quoted and wanted to charge me extra..no ma'am it was already more costly than everyone else...we got our truck back and the radiator was cracked and patchwork done...needless to say wewe are now out $720 because the radiator had to be replaced... I don't know if it was purposely done but they could have said something.. I guess they thought we would bring it back to them... Never.....I do not recommend this shop to anyone"

"I'm new to the area and my car is in terrible need of a tune up and oil change plus other odds and ends. The manager at Advanced Auto Parts recommended this place to me. So far the customer service is very friendly with that hometown family mom&pop shop feel to it. The receptionist and her husband, whom I understand is ex military, own the business. The phone never gets answered because the office and the shop are in 2 different buildings, but they have been very quick to call back; with or without a message being left. The location is a little hard to see, and get into unless you are really paying attention. I missed it my first try and had to go around the block to try again. The shop is very tiny only single door garage. So if you are looking for same day service or in a rush; you may want to try to get in early (they open at 8), find a bigger shop, or one with less business. For now I'll leave this at 3 stars and will update after my business with them is concluded. Update: So for a Tune Up and an Oil Change my total bill came to $285.34 the price seems a little high but it seems like they did a good job. My AC is working really well, much better than before, and I think I am getting a little better on gas mileage. Getting out of the parking lot is not the safest thing, you have make a really sharp right turn on a busy double lane road with cars going at 45 to 50 mph some go faster than that. My check engine light came back on and my car is still over heating when I go up hills with the AC on. So I have to decide weather to take my car back to them or find a different place to go. Pros Customer Service is friendly Workers seem to know their jobs Cons Prices are a little high Location is hard to get into and out of safely"
