"They dishonest crooks in this store, bald gentleman with no manners tried to swindle me out of using my warranty on my brake pads i bought in north augusta . I only came here because i live in hephzibah and hoped i could just get them replaced here he thinks people are dumb enough where he wont have to honor a legal agreement. Funny thing is i called north augusta yesterday and they were nice,looked me up and informed me i could bring my bad pads in to switch for the good ones i paid extra in security for just in case the pads were bad, there only 4 months old , this store lost my business plus im contacting corporate about this situation ive never had issues at advance in person, on the phone or on there sight"

"Quick, professional and friendly service. Lynne the manager helped me. I needed my battery checked. It died on me earlier in the day. She checked it, told me it was good to go, and offered suggestions of what could possibly have drained the battery which I appreciated."
