"I had a beautiful time in Jamaica. The travel? Was a terrible experience. I traveled with a very large group and our group leader was extremely organized and detailed. Ada , our travel agent, messed up the spelling of names for EVERYONE in our group. Some had names on their tickets that weren’t even remotely similar to their actual names. This made our experience at the airport a complete nightmare. We spent 3 hours getting tickets corrected. The agency attempted to charge us for each name as if the mistake was ours. Luckily for us JetBlue was SUPER accommodating and changed our names free of charge. Ada seemed very disorganized each time I spoke with her over the phone to make my payments..."
