"Worst travel agency I've ever dealt with. If I could put a "0", I would."
"I purchased 2 tickets to Israel for 2 weeks with a stopover in Portugal for a week. Ziva was paid in full for the cost of the tickets. As my wife and I were at the El Al counter to go from Israel to Portugal, we were told our tickets did not include luggage, only our carryons and we would have to pay $140. Of course we had to return with our luggage, so we had to pay. When I returned, I called Ziva. Her response was no response. She said to me it was not her problem. We never would have agreed to such a ticket. It came as an unpleasant shock as did her response. By neglecting to tell us our luggage would not be included in the flight, she gave us a less expensive ticket, unbeknownst to us. We feel this is a disgusting, deceptive practice. Beware, Beware, Beware."
