"Arrived for oil change. After assessment, I was told I needed new oil filter, new wipers, and antifreeze top off. I said yes to filter and antifreeze. No mention of battery or anything else that might be wrong. They finish. Tell me to start the car. Doesn’t crank. Dead. The young guy that told me to crank the vehicle asks if I’ve been having issues with my battery. None. Truck has been starting easily. “We’ve must have done something then.” After a minute, what I guess is the manager comes up and starts questioning me about the battery. Saying it wasn’t them. The battery needs to be replaced. $140 plus tax. I tell them no. Not a chance since the battery was fine before they touched my vehicle. The guy gets visibly upset with my accusations. He gets my vehicle running and the last thing he says is that it will probably not start again once it’s turned off. No responsibility for their actions at all. Will never go back to the crooks."
"This is an update October 13th 2023 in my prior review I said they try to take out one of the screws In the air filter housing and then tried to hide it, That was a mistake I was very very wrong they did not try to take out the screw I totally looked at everything wrong and guys do a great job they are fast and efficient I will continue to go there because they do a very good job"
