"I went here for an oil change the first week of Jan ‘24. I absolutely hate pulling my car into the garage anyway, but this time was worse. This old, rude man said, “These old women don’t know how to drive.” I have been a teacher for 28 years and have never even had a middle schooler call me old to my face. I have extreme depression along with other serious health problems. The last thing I needed to hear was I’m an “old woman.” I have never been treated in such a rude manner in my life. My only regret is I didn’t find out his name so I could report him to the Shell regional manager. I will never give this place my business again and if you don’t want to be called negative, rude things, you will want to avoid it."

And Anderson Transmission center left my transmission cable going to my computer, dragging the ground. They let me know that my computer was exposed. they seen the codes that it was throwing and they personally seen how hard of a time I had trying to start the car I had to have it towed that day they’ve never let me down they stand by their work and they know what they’re doing they always go above, and beyond mr hall knows that car like the back of his hand.and has been serving it the entire time I’ve had it highly recommended"
