"I have been going to Jiffy Lube for the last 15-16 years in another state. (Arizona) The service I received there was fabulous! I trusted them completely and always felt I got my money’s worth. They went above and beyond. My experience this past week at the Jiffy Lube on Pearman Dairy road was less than adequate. I felt taken advantage of. They were ‘out’ of everything and pushed expensive products and services. Very disappointing!! Normally the guys at Jiffy Lube would check everything and explain fully. They would top off my fluids including coolant. Here they wanted to charge me for topping off the coolant. Seriously?? Especially when I had to pay $89 for oil… insane. When I got home and popped the hood to add my own coolant, the cap was not replaced on my wiper fluid. Poor job all around. Sadly I will never go to a Jiffy Lube again"

"All the employees were busy with my vehicle or other clients. I didn't see any dead weight or slow-pokes. The service ?Manager?" told me about an unfortunate situation with my oil pan plug and gave me options to correct it. I will call tomorrow to get the cost of these options in black and white. I was highly impressed by the condition of your bathroom. Neat, clean and stocked-it did not look like many mechanical service bathrooms I've seen. Everyone was pleasant and respectful and took every precaution to keep my vehicle clean with the plastic coverings on the seat and steering wheel. Your prices were in line with other oil change places I've visited. I will be back."
