"Used to work there back around 2007 2008 glad i left i dont cheat customers like they did ..cars and trucks come in for tires and alignment front end be wore out ....ohh grease it real good and align it ...sell brake jobs that the customer didnt need .....rip off artists ...last 3 times i went in there for tire repairs told me it couldnt be fixed....take it to another local shop got them fixed with a plug or patch ...never go back to them ever again ...."

"Went to get new tires put on, $80 and 1 hour later I was out. When I left I noticed they did a horrible job balancing it because when I would hit about 45 mph my wheel would start violently shaking. Took it back the next day and they fixed it fast and it doesn’t shake anymore. The guy tried convincing me that it wasn’t their fault in the beginning and that my tires being big and aggressive was the reason it was shaking. YES, it will rarely shake due to the big tires, but not noticeably and not going as slow as 45. I got in my car and noticed ALL my quarters were gone from my center console. Very grateful they quickly fixed the issue, but I hate thieves. People in the front are sweet though."

"SEE BELOW: Great service. They explained what was wrong, offered me several options for the repair. Fixed the tire and had me back up and running quickly. We will be using them for all our business in the future. 10.19.22 Update to my review. After several years of using Toccoa Tire, I can no longer recommend them. They have had 3 chances to correct their mistakes and shoddy work. IE on my wifes care they have to remove a panel to access the oil filter. The first time they did not even re attach all the plastic rivets that hold it on. The second time they must have used a wire twist from a bread bag. I fixed it with a zip tie. The third time, they just told her they don't put the old rivets back and it was just "tough" and they weren't going to fix it. I am not sure what changed, but it was not for the better."

"Avoid this place at all costs! I had taken my car to them for an oil change before and I am a man. My wife just recently took the same car to the same place and they without a doubt took advantage of her because she was a woman. I had taken the vehicle to them 4 or more times and no issues. She goes one time and they not only don’t listen to what she told them to do, they do what they want, charge us for the higher service the provide, and then refuse to change the bill. They should be ashamed of themselves! At the same visit they also said all 4 tires were good. Two days after the visit I experienced 2 blowouts at the same time. I took my vehicle to Sutton Tire in Clarkesville and they said the tires were dry rotted and wanted to know why Toccoa Tire and Recapping had allowed me to leave their shop with these dangerous tires! BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE! Dishonest and they give mechanics a bad name!"
