"They deserve 0 Stars!!!!! If you were a customer in the past, don't waste your money! It's now Valvoline, & not the same guys. I informed them of a problem during the LONG wait & they ripped me off today & I'll NEVER go back! Had I known about the change, I wouldn't have been there in the first place. "From Kia of Greer leaving my oil tank's cap off after waiting for nearly two hours, these guys absolutely beat them. But sincerely, the change took a total of 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly and it only cost me about $10.00 more than what I paid at the dealership. I will definitely be recommending and using them in the future. "My daughter and I were in Spartanburg today and stopped in for an oil change. We pulled straight into a bay with no wait, requested an oil change, stayed in the vehicle, watched and listened in amazement as this crew worked like a well oiled machine. Within 10 minutes someone approached the car window and said $50. No upselling , no trying to offer unrequested services… just gave us the service we requested and quickly had us on our way. They were fast and friendly and the whole experience was so refreshing. It’s really nice to see a business operate this way and I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to sing their praises."

The gentleman that did my oil change did everything to accommodate me and my disabled son. We were allowed to remain in the car and they even brought our beverages to us.
