The fastest they have taken is over 10 hours to reload back to Ohio . Just prepare to sit here all day waiting on your reload"

"This is the worst shipping company in the tri-state area. Customer service is incredibly rude and un helpful. They are unable to to schedule delivery times correctly and when the items do show up they are damaged. If you have a shipment coming from them BEWARE! They will call you to schedule delivery and not deliver, absolute garbage. STAY AWAY!!! TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!"
"They delivered my freight damaged and missing contentS and refuse to take any responsibility, they never answered their calls and I called their customer care number that they answer once every 10 times you call , after they pick up they put you on hold and hang up, DO NOT USE The worst company ever , I’m going to a file a lawsuit against them"
"Unlike other big airlines the staff here was really helpful and up to task. They directed me to the right places to clear my shipment as a first time customer. Afterward they got my pallet out under 5 minutes. Awesome.... I have been at Lufthansa, British air, Island air, air China, it was like pulling teeth. Here - a brezze. Thank you Forward!"
