"It's not nearly as nice as it has been. Lots of broken bags of materials (sand, stone, dirt, etc..). Plants are wilted from lack of water. Just not as clean and cared for as in previous experiences."

"The shopping for geraniums was fine until we properly lined up following the red lines on the floor. A woman came in from the left side and tried to jump the line in front of me and my 95 year old mother. She kept bumping me in the hip with her cart. I wound up eventually allowing her in front of me only because my mom was getting upset. No help from any employees! I will never be back. Also maskless shoppers who were not asked to leave."
