"This bank has changed. You would be on hold for no more than 2 minutes, now anytime you call, morning, afternoon, or any day of the week, you wait more than 25 minutes for someone to answer and help you. Yes you can use the automatic call back feature but what good does that do? They call you an hour later and you are now working and you do not have time to answer. You are supposed to get help within 5 min which is a reasonable timeframe, not 25. Does this bank make enough money? I want to believe so, and if yes, why are they not employing more people, work force?"

She was extremely helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind, and funny which helped me and my Mom figure out the best path forward while navigating a difficult time in our family. "BFCU emailed that new credit card should have arrived by yesterday and should be activated today. Called to report card never arrived. Automated teller stated wait time for customer representative would be 12 minutes. On hold for 30 minutes while working on a project. Finished project and hung up. BFCU is a great organization for in person banking and digital banking. Trying to accomplish anything on the phone is pretty much impossible."
