"As a customer of Suffolk credit union I was in glen cove and found out I could use Bethpage as a co-op branch . Not only did I wait on long line I got a very unpleasant experience with the head teller Riley grosse . She constantly over spoke me as she rolled her eyes and exasperated as if I was a bother to her. I was considering on switching union but after the unprofessional atmosphere I experienced I’ll shop around elsewhere. The manager didn’t seem much happier being very loud with her customer I could barely hear Riley mumble then practically yell at me when I couldn’t hear her over the manager next to her correcting one of the other workers . Very unpleasant experience ."
