"Second time I have attempted to buy bulk flowers from sams club and they let us down. We bought bulk tulips two weeks in advance to give as gifts for Easter to family and friends. We were told they would arrive Friday at 4:30pm before Easter so we sat around waiting for flowers all day. Called customer service around 6pm asking where the flowers were. They said they would be there by 8pm and then never showed. Called back Saturday they said it will be delivered by 12pm at our house. We honestly didn’t have high hopes at that point so we went to Adams and bought bulk tulips for a cheaper price for 10 more tulips then the amount we bought through sams club. 4:30pm we called asking where the flowers were, they said the flowers were on the fedex truck and they were only two hours from our location and that they would arrive by 9pm. We called fedex and they said they had nothing for our location to be delivered that day. At this point after doing the round about with sams club we cancelled our order and just wanted our money back. The flowers came the day after Easter and we found them outside in a box that was in horrible shape. The tulips were just in a box with nothing preventing them from getting squished. They were kind enough to just let us have the flowers for nothing but I will never attempt to buy flowers again from sams club. I love shopping at sams club so it’s very upsetting that they don’t go above and beyond with the floral department."
