"Brought my aged and disabled mom and aunt here for flu and covid shots last April and once prior. They were doing drive up service, great for mom who needs a wheelchair. Figured I would use them again for the new booster, went in today to make an appointment. Senior female clerk started reading me a list of available times and I interjected to request afternoon rather than have her go through every half hour on the clock. She shook her head, looked at me with a disgusted face and said "That's why I'm giving you the times, SIR." Very sarcastic, very rude, unprofessional and frankly, just let me finish talking and request a time. If they don't have that time, let me know and I'll find another day when they do. I can't get the look on her face out of my head. She looked at me like I was nuts and wrong for asking, rolled her eyes. Wow. I got hot myself after that, said "excuse me?" I told them this place used to be great but that's the end of it now. I don't need attitude and to be interrupted as I'm trying to help my frail mom. We need afternoon appointments - I work and mom is not at her best to travel until afternoon, her dementia is worse in the morning. The pharmacist said, and I quote, "Well, bye bye, then." Imagine that level of unprofessional unconcern. The woman was saying "I'm sorry," but yelling it defensively - certainly didn't mean it. Probably shocked I called her out. Well, then, "bye bye" indeed, it would seem. A small business like this should go the extra mile to be friendly and retain clients. I'm a nice guy but no way I'm letting anyone grimace at me with disgust for trying to ask a question about appointment times. I'm caregiver to my mom and I have a lot of patience, it's required. This woman doesn't know what people go through every day and each of us has our own burdens. Which means every customer should be treated respectfully, not interrupted and not made to feel that their lives are not a consideration when scheduling appointments. So disgusted and upset."
