"Highly recommended! Damon is a knowledgeable, experienced pilot. His top priorities are safety and trying to give the passenger the best experience possible. With that in mind, scheduled rides are sometimes cancelled due to weather conditions. We tried a few times last year but the weather didn’t cooperate. We tried again this spring and hit the jackpot! What a beautiful, peaceful ride we had. One member of our group has a fear of heights but really wanted to go on a balloon ride. Damon’s calm demeanor and quiet confidence worked to put even her at ease, and we all ended up with a spectacular experience. I was surprised at how much work goes into setting the equipment up and taking it all down. Damon, Lisa, Lindsay, and their team worked seamlessly and obviously enjoy what they are doing. It was something I will remember for the rest of my life. The fact that Damon is so careful about weather and safety conditions was a huge plus for our comfort level; we never felt the least bit unsafe. He has a true love of flying and wants to share that with his passengers. I can’t recommend them highly enough!"

"After speaking with Lisa 5 times within a 3 month period, they cancelled on me 5 times. Each time was a different reason, even on the most beautiful cloud free, wind free day, they found some reason to explain why we couldn't fly. Seems to be that they were busy with other endeavors to attend to their ballooning business then made up excuses to not fly. Once, we even drove all the way to Dansville to meet them with the balloon, for them to send us back home due to a few clouds in the sky. I waited to the following year, to schedule, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Today we were suppose to have an answer by 2pm. Lisa called me and asked if she could wait until 4pm to give me a definite answer. She said her husband didn't have time yet to check the flying conditions. At this point I had checked the flying conditions myself and consulted a pilot friend of mine. It was concluded that today is a perfect flying day! Feel free to check the flying weather on the date that I wrote this review. I asked her to call her husband back to give us an answer, because I have other plans if we are not to go ballooning. I was promised to have an answer by 2pm. She called him back and told us that he said if we need an answer right now, then the answer is NO. It has been a rollercoaster ride with this company and I was even told that one woman had to re-schedule 11 times! I do understand they are at the mercy of the conditions, but it has been way too many to be acceptable. Not to mention on days that we see other balloons floating around in the air. I would not recommend this company. They are cheaper, but for a reason. Spend the extra $50 and go with a more reputable ballooner. They are very unprofessional, unaccommodating and not reliable."

"10 star review, I found this business on google search. I was in contact back in forth with Lisa, and gave me all the information i needed. Hours before the flight they contacted us to tells us about the weather conditions and confirmed the flight. We arrived and met at the Dansville gun club grounds and left from their. Damon Flick (pilot) was very informative and kept your mind at ease. I never even flew in a passenger airliner before and to to this was just crazy. This was the most incredible experience I have ever had in my life!!! Very Calm ride, flew at altittudes from 7,000ft. to grabbing leaves off tree tops for 11.5 mile!! 1 hour long!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!! BUCKET LIST (Check) Can't wait to to it again one day"
