She was just amazing. Then, when I had a problem, opening up the membership and uploading documents, I went to the physical branch in West Babylon. Chris was great there too. He simplified everything and made everything that I was having problems with all day work right away. Great sense of humor. We laughed the whole time. Another great experience.
