"I was in the market for an engagement ring and I was looking at all the big brands and I was not satisfied. So one day I searched on google and I saw Diana Jewelers with glowing reviews from everyone and so I said why not! One thing I will say is you will not be disappointed, Betsy was very attentive to my needs and was very patient with me, she sourced 5 different loose diamonds for me to look at based on the parameters I gave her which is excellent service because I got to see different diamonds next to each other and eliminated the ones that I didn’t like! Then we picked a setting together, I was very picky so her being patient really helps out here! Finally Betsy worked diligently to get me the final ring in a very fast turnaround, I think it took a week from deposit to delivery! She also followed up with me about my ring appraisal trying to get it appraised for even more value than I paid for it based on her extensive research!
