"The taxi driver came to pick me up but gave ride to another couple who were standing next to me. Because they were willing to pay him more money. The driver did not give me ride. When l called the dispatcher and complained, he hung up on me. DON'T USE THIS TAXI SERVICE."

"You know I have been taking this taxi for two years now ..in the beginning they were ok then after they just suck both the male and female dispatcher are rude . And I lost my purse last year in on of the cars they claimed the never found anything come to find out some one from there company tried to use my credit card . Canceled immediately but was notified . Now today I had to use my gps for the driver who claimed he didn't know how to get to my location meanwhile he has many times dropped me off . I lost my phone and asked if he can come back to see if the phone was there call the rude dispatcher said no u have to pay him he by the mall ( the Roosevelt field mall is 5min away from my location not even about 2min) I told him fine then he starts saying no after my fiancé grabbed the phone and told him he going to call the cops the guy said he can come to base then and do it . never again am I using this company they are nasty and always late sometimes close to an hour . They go and pick up people who are mainly there relatives too on top of that which makes you come late even more . I'm Spanish and one of the drive told his friend that o'h she wnt understand us give me the money to act like ur a client also and I'll give it to you later on . Big disappointment seriously! Sticking with Uber from now on ."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS CAB SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! I called for my cab and the clerk told me it's going to be 10 minutes for my ride. Having being late for work, I know ALL CAB SERVICES requires a little wait sometimes. I waited out the 10 minutes and call back to ask how much longer for the cab I had ordered. The guy answered me vigorously saying " come on man! You called 7 minutes ago. The cab will be on it's way!" That got me so upset, because I done waited 10 minutes and then he's going to tell me that the cat will be on it's way. I tild him I'm late that's why i called. He said "listen you want the cab or not?" I couldn't do better because i was already late for work. I took it My driver was somehow in a rush, running a red light and jamming sudden breaks. He didn't even know how to find my destination I'll never use this cab service again."

"My driver was accommodating and exhibited excellent service. He displayed all the attributes of a dedicated worker. On top of all those superlatives, he was educated on international affairs. I will call taxi hispano again."
