"Not sure about some of these reviews but I have went through rent a ride for years! And have always been pleased with the service Alicia provides! Never once had a problem and have always been fully accommodated! I will always go through Rent A Ride for a rental!"

"Seems to be cheaper then their competitors, and also offers discounts to students. The workers are very flexible and understanding. They allowed is extra miles FREE because my wife and I were getting married. I really appreciate their help and honesty!"

"Reserved a van in advance, took 30 minutes to get me in the van because of paperwork. Everything is all over the place. Forgot to give me back my ID and I left state which left our trip very inconvenient. Called and lady working front desk refused to take blame and tried to turn it around on me (the customer) she gave me back a day but was very rude and ruined my trip. Once again, very unorganized and they only care about $ not the customers."
