"Update 10/30/23: If I could give no stars now, I would. With full sarcasm, I love how their response was to disregard everything I said and then tried to blame it on another cab company when I've ONLY driven with them. Over the years, only handful of times I've went with other companies due to the fact that Metro wasn't available at that time. This company would rather gaslight me than acknowledge their faults. — Original Review: Their biggest downfall is taking on too many trips with not enough cars and drivers. Their pick-up times are completely inaccurate, they often lie about the estimated wait time and give varying answers every time I'd call for a cab update. I've waited nearly two hours twice. One time I was suffering from a panic attack and every attempt of calling was met with the busy dial tone. I had to order an Uber and call them from home to let them know I left. This is mostly the fault of the owner. In my personal experience, I haven't had many problems with the cab drivers themselves. I have begun riding with other cab companies due to these complications."

"Not the first time I’ve seen their vehicles without a plate. Not paint worn off…. No plate, Nothing ….car 190. Really makes you wonder the safety of their vehicles when they don’t even know they have no license plates! Not to mention I was driving ruddy 6/9/23 on lakeshore Blvd, metro trans van #6 was tailgating and trying to pass in a solid line area. Real professional drivers!! And today 10/25 , they are parked on handicap spot at wegmans. No proper placard, and just there so driver can run inside. Very rude!!"

"The best NEMT company around! Never an issue and if there is they do everything they can to fix it asap. They're totally professional, always kind, and really just altogether great to work with. Never once been late to an appointment and the pickups after are always pretty prompt."
