"I was looking for different 2 flower arrangements, and were very very pleased with both. First was for my mother, I was skeptical on a outside/greenhouse arrangement/live plants, but my mother (who doesn't like to take on new living things things) loved it. Secondly, My 90 year old grandmother. I asked for the kind of basket you would want your grandmother to have for what is most likely her last mothers day ever. To say it was the most stunning arrangement I have ever seen in my 40+ years on earth is an understatement. Thank you so much for not only meeting my expectations, but thank you for delivering exactly what I was hoping! I don't normally leave comments, but I felt it was justly deserved."

"I went to The Flower Loft to order flowers for an anniversary party. I was blown away! I had no idea they have all of these great gifts and decorations. I left with an armful of unique items. Oh and the anniversary flowers were fantastic, too. They made my mom cry!"

"Tried the Flower Loft for the first time and had a Mother’s Day patio pot delivered to my mother. Very very disappointed with the product. If I still lived in Salem I would personally return it. Very weak effort folks. My business will go back to the Salem florist I’ve used for years. This was a totally failed attempt to try a different vendor!! Rating should be 0 stars☹️"

"VERY DISSAPOINTED - Ordered an arrangement online on 10/25/2013 for my daughter's 30th birthday / party which was the following day, 10/26. The arrangement was to be delivered on the 26th, as stated on my receipt. Arrangement was never delivered. Got a call from the florist on Monday morning, 10/28 and said they were sorry but they just got the order that morning and wanted to know if they could deliver it that day. Told them no as they missed the party date. I asked for the transaction to be cancelled and a copy of the credit sent to my email - it is 30th and still no credit receipt from them..."
