Dalsimer Spitz and Peck Florist

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with this florist for my daughter's wedding. She was repeatedly cancelled for her final appointment the month before her wedding. They finally fit her in two weeks before the wedding and to our surprise the centerpieces were nothing like she discussed with Martin , the salesman, 8 months before. The colors were wrong ( he had several pictures) and they were too big and hideous. Her vision was trees for most of the tables and then smaller centerpieces for a few of the tables. She spent the following week which was 4 days before the wedding while she was at work going back and forth with them and finally just settled on something. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they deliver her and her bridesmaids bouquet which also had the wrong colors in them and looked nothing like the picture she sent them or what was discussed. They did send a floral designer to her hotel room who was very nice but at this point she was with the photographer and couldn't concentrate on the flowers. We were so aggravated. The second bouquet was worse than the first one but at this point they pulled out flowers from the first bouquet. Looking back through the pictures of her with the bouquet is such a disappointment. The guys who decorated her venue did a great job with what they were given. Do yourself a favor and don't spend your money here if you don't want to be aggrivated the day of your wedding. Lack of caring was our biggest problem with them even after being assured everything would be fine."
