Both times were custom orders, the first for roses and the second for a mixture of roses and lilies. Placing an order over the phone was beyond easy and I have nothing but positive things to say about the experience. Both times, the staff has been extremely friendly and kind. Making the pick up process super easy. As long as I’m in the area, without question, I will be getting more flowers from the shop."

I do agree they were pretty but I was disappointed for a $100+ arrangement UPDATE Owner was kind enough to reach out and try to make up for the error. I appreciate that."

I wrote to the owner and received an immediate, professional response, along with a credit back to my original form of payment (which I did not specifically ask for, but which was completed graciously and immediately.) Although the arrangement was not initially as expected, the service I received was exceptional."
