"I’ve been coming to Family Florist for years for all different occasions. The centerpieces always came out gorgeous for all of my parties. They have always been friendly and worked within my budget. Unfortunately , this time I had a different experience. The man was very rude when I said I needed the sympathy arrangement for the same day. His exact words “ of course you do” I can’t predict when someone is going to pass away. The arrangement turned out quite beautiful but I will not be returning."
