"I have been going to this florist for years. Getting flowers for weddings unfortunately funerals and every other occasion and had only good things to say. Unfortunately today was not the case. The girl behind the counter who took care of my order had ZERO customer service skills. Her attitude was unprofessional. I always say if you are miserable working somewhere, find another job. This is the last time I and my family will spend our money there."

"I was gonna give 1 star but gave 2 only for the redeeming quality that this shop offers very beautiful flowers and I’ve never had an issue with the product itself. Customer service level is just not there. I’ve been using Brentwood florist for over a year now buying flowers, I always call from the same number and always spend at least 100$ on the arrangements. I call this morning to order 2 dozen roses and get some pretentious airhead on the phone that has to make it a point that it will cost 150$ and I have to pay in full over the phone before they do the arrangement. Idk if she’s new or it’s a new policy cause I’ve never had them tell me I have to pay before pickup, I always pay there. I did it anyways but if you’re reading this GISELLE it would behoove you to give better service. Running off one customer cause you left a bad taste in their mouth might not hurt the business but keep it up and I’m sure you’ll run off many more and that IS bad for business"
