"UPDATE: They DID help me with a car loan, Kirsten you're the best :) The woman I dealt with was awesome and helpful. Unfortunately the loan underwriters don't have a concept of basic math. I proved I paid off a $200 a month car loan with no late payments and am currently paying $280 a month in debt which I was trying to get a consolidation loan for. In black and white it shows I have made these payments religiously with NONE late. They told me I couldn't afford the $118 a month consolidation loan. Yet I'm paying $280 now. Make sense? NONE."

"In general this bank is good. The people are easy to deal with and pleasant. The Credit Card area is less than ideal. My card was compromised and they were 5 charges totally approximately $50.00 on the card that I didn't make. They issued me a new card but refused to delete the charges. So for $50.00 they lost a customer."

"The lenders or whoever figures out the auto loans here are absolutely terrible at thier jobs. One second they are confident in getting you a deal and then the next second they blame someone else or say something got messed up in the computers or something. I had this problem before but gave them the benefit of doubt but again they pulled the same bull. I highly recommend going to a different bank other than here. My 1 year old can bank better than these people."

"I've been in the drive thru for 45 minutes waiting in line. They must be making the paper that prints the money. What on earth could possibly be taking this long? I only have one more loan left here and first thing next year I'll be moving it to my other credit union. I've never had to wait this long before. Very disappointing because I was supposed to deposit my daughter's check into her account in another credit union. Not gonna happen. Thanks first source."
