"Drove an hour to come to this location and the woman at the counter tells me they are closed. She states they always close at 5pm despite the sign in the door that states they close at 6pm."

My family recently lost our mom who made everyone feel special on their birthday, so I sent an edible arrangement to my brother in law to fulfill that special gesture for his birthday. I had requested a specific time slot to have this delivered and Kailey went above and beyond to personally ensure that happened. She was so sweet and kind and truly sets high standards for the customer service experience. Kailey, thank you for your kindness. It will never be forgotten"

"Me and my mother both have ordered from edible arrangement. The customer service here is absolutely awful. I ordered one for my dads birthday and they were outside then drove away. In my mind I thought they delivered it to the wrong address so I made a call to the store and explained the situation, the worker was very rude and had a very bad attitude. She spoke to me like a toddler who didn’t understand anything. Her tone was very off putting and it makes me upset that I spent almost $200 and was clearly worried about my order being sent somewhere else just to have the worker make me feel stupid and as if my feelings are invalid. She ended up telling me at the end of the call that they messed up my order so it wasn’t delivered. I do not recommend at all. SAVE YOUR MONEY! Both me and my mom will never be ordering from them again."
